I built up the backend infrastructure using an event driven architecture. Established in AWS code pipelines with automated tests, several code bases. I took a POC mobile app to market ready status with beta downloads on Google Play. Integrated with Open Banking using the Natwest portal, for micro payments via the mobile app. Mentored a junior developer.
Pension the pennies had no working software or engineers, when I joined. When I left, it had a small team, a streamlined product iteration cycle and a working mobile app in the Play store.
